We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers with strong communication skills with a compassionate approach towards clients of all ages and abilities. Could you work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

We provide exceptional care and assistance to individuals in various settings, including their own homes, in the community and also taking to medical appointments.

Our Shifts include:

· Days

· Evenings

· Block companionship calls

· Respite

· Weekends

· Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

· Assisting with Personal Hygiene

· Support Medication Administration

· Meal Preparation

· Light Housekeeping

· Assisting to access local community

· Manage behaviour effectively through patience and understanding

· Respond promptly to emergencies using first aid skills when necessary

· Document care provided accurately in accordance with organisational policies

· Report any safe guarding concerns to appropriate lead

Essentials

· Minimum 2 years working in the care sector

· NVQ level 2

· Full UK Driving Licence, with business insurance

· Experience of Alzheimer's, dementia, Mental Health or other cognitive impairments

· Right to work in the UK

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 37.0 per week
