Community Support Worker

Cura Homecare is looking for caring, reliable and confident Community Support Workers to support people in the Chippenham area.

This is a community-based, lone-working role supporting people in their own homes and in the community. You will help service users maintain independence, achieve personal outcomes, and take part in everyday and social activities.

This is a care at home role. Shifts are allocated by rota across a span of 07:00 to 22:00, seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Most of the work falls in the early morning and the evening, and split shifts are normal for example 07:00 to 11:00, then off, then 16:00 to 22:00.

All support workers will be responsible for following the Skills for Care Code of Conduct for Adult Social Care Workers and the CQC Fundamental Standards. You will strive to ensure our clients are safe and feel supported to make their own decisions. Routine and structure are very important within this role.
