Because we are a small Trust we are able to provide person centered individual support focusing on each person's dreams and aspirations. Paulownia Trust provides a homely environment for the people living here. This is a 24/7 operation where we provide around the clock support 365 days a year.

Qualifications & experience

• *Great communication skills * Computer literacy *Empathic and the ability to think outside the square *Open minded and a sense of humour *Must have full drivers licence *Experience in Support Work *Careerforce Health and Wellbeing certificate would be beneficial

Tasks & responsibilities

• *Provide person centered support *Respect the voice and rights of all individuals supported by Paulownia Trust *Support individuals to make their own decisions and choices *Support individuals in day to day life, including personal cares *Administer medication
• *Transport individuals to appointments and community activities *Assist in household cleaning * Prepared to work weekends, evenings and nights
