With offices in Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River, Collie, Donnybrook, and Bridgetown, we are committed to supporting our communities with respect, dignity, and person-centred care.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking 2 x Part-Time Support Workers (15 hours per week) to join our Busselton team.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping our clients remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Domestic assistance
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Social support
• Respite care

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current National Police Clearance
• A current First Aid Certificate
• An up-to-date influenza vaccination (in accordance with aged care requirements)
• A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or an equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a similar role
• A genuine passion for supporting older people and making a positive difference in their lives
