About The Role Juniper is seeking compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers to join our Home and Community Care team in the Katanning area. In this role, you will support older Western Australians to remain living independently in their own homes, assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and social support. You will play an important role in helping customers maintain their independence, wellbeing, and connection to their community.

Positions Available We currently have a casual position available in the Katanning and surrounds area. The successful candidate must be available between Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including showering, dressing and continence support
• Assist customers with activities of daily living
• Support customers with medication administration (training provided)
• Assist with domestic tasks, including meal preparation and household support
• Provide social support, including transport to appointments or community activities
• Follow and document care in accordance with individual care plans

Key Requirements

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
• Previous experience providing personal care in aged care or community care
• Ability to work independently in the community while maintaining communication with the team
• A genuine commitment to supporting older people to live independently
• Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care
• Dementia care experience
• Current First Aid Certificate
