Community Work Executive (Sports-BasedCommunity Programme)

Do you enjoy working with children and creating meaningful experiences that help them grow?

Join us as a Community Work Executive and play a key role in developing and delivering a community sports programme for children aged 7 to 12. Beyond sports, you'll help build confidence, teamwork and positive connections among children, families and the community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and run engaging sports programmes and activities for children aged 7 to 12.
• Organise selected activities that involve parents and families.
• Conduct basic coaching sessions across various sports.
• Recruit, train and coordinate volunteers.
• Build partnerships with schools, community organisations, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor programme outcomes and prepare reports.
• Ensure activities are conducted safely and aligned with programme objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Community Development, Social Work or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in programme management, sports coaching, youth work or community engagement.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Experience in volunteer management will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about sports and community work.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,400.00 per month
