Job Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer to oversee multiple ongoing residential and mid-rise developments. The ideal candidate must be technically capable, hands-on with project sites, skilled in reporting and inventory control, and able to handle a wide range of responsibilities—from site supervision to plan preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations at multiple construction sites.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines.
• Prepare structural plans, schedules, and construction methodologies.
• Sign and seal plans prepared and designed by themselves as part of their duties, without additional professional fees.
• Manage and monitor material inventory, deliveries, and site usage.
• Prepare progress reports and technical documentation for management.
• Ensure project compliance with safety and local building codes.
• Support costing, budgeting, and quantity surveying.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site/project management
• Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Google Workspace, and project scheduling tools
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Willing to travel to project sites as required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: PHP 23,000-37,000/month depending on the experience
• Salary increase upon regularization, based on performance
