About the role

MANYQ FOOD MANAGEMENT LTD., INC is seeking a Company Driver to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our retail and food management operations. As a Company Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods, materials, and occasionally personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our business locations. This role is essential to maintaining our service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
• Transport goods, products, and materials to various retail locations, distribution points, and customer sites
• Maintain accurate records of routes, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and delivery logs
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean, well-maintained, and in optimal working condition
• Perform routine vehicle checks including tyres, brakes, lights, and fluid levels before and after each journey
• Deliver products on time whilst maintaining product quality and integrity during transport
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and customers regarding delivery status and any issues
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or vehicle damage immediately to management
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and company procedures at all times

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle class being operated, with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a professional driver in a commercial or retail environment
• Strong knowledge of Metro Manila routes and local traffic patterns
• Excellent driving skills with a commitment to safety and accident prevention
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to delivery schedules
• Physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading of goods as required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in all aspects of the role
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to identify mechanical issues
• Familiarity with food handling or retail logistics is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
