COMPANY DOCTORS

We are looking for a licensed and experienced Company Doctor to provide medical consultation, employee health services, and occupational health support within our Medicare/healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical consultations and health assessments for employees.
• Provide first aid and appropriate medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations.
• Assess employee fitness to work and provide medical recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Assist in implementing workplace health and safety programs.
• Monitor employee health concerns and coordinate with HR when necessary.
• Provide health education and wellness programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations.
• Perform other medical and occupational health duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) graduate.
• Licensed Physician (PRC) in the Philippines.
• DOLE-Bureau of Working Conditions accredited Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner (OSHP) / Certified Occupational Health Physician (COHP) is an advantage.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification is an advantage.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in occupational health, company clinic, hospital, or healthcare/Medicare operations.
• Knowledge of Philippine occupational health and safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Willing to work on-site.

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php72,000.00 per month
