Company Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company executives to meetings, appointments, business events, and other destinations.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude at all times.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical or maintenance concerns.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Assist executives with loading and unloading personal or business items when necessary.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the executive's activities, schedules, and personal information.
• Coordinate with the executive or designated company personnel regarding travel schedules and destinations.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle use, fuel consumption, maintenance, and other required information.
• Perform errands and other driving-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Remain flexible with working hours, including occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as an Executive, Company, or Family Driver.

• Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Able to speak and understand English clearly for effective communication with the executive.

• Excellent knowledge of roads, routes, and traffic regulations.

• Familiarity with navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Punctual, trustworthy, discreet, and responsible.

• Willing to work flexible hours depending on the executive's schedule.

• No serious traffic violations or criminal record.
