Company Driver

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, responsible and safety-conscious Company Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation for employees, guests and Senior Management, as well as ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the regular maintenance and proper upkeep of all company vehicles stationed at HQ.
• Provide and arrange daily employee transportation based on fixed pick-up locations to and from HQ.
• Transport guests and Senior Management as required, with prior approval from Management.
• Ensure all assigned trips are carried out safely, punctually and professionally.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and promptly report any vehicle issues or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain proper records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel and maintenance.
• Report to Management and follow instructions regarding assigned transportation duties.
• Perform other driving-related duties as assigned.

About you

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence.
• Good driving record with safe and responsible driving habits.
• Familiar with Klang Valley routes and surrounding areas.
• Responsible, punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
• Able to work overtime or weekends when required.
• Willing to travel outstation and stay overnight when required.
• Previous experience as a company or management driver will be an advantage.
