COMPANY DRIVER

 Safely transport company staff, products, materials, equipment, and documents

to and from specified locations in a timely manner.

 Assist with the loading and unloading of staff luggage, products, materials, and

other items as required.

 Plan and adjust travel routes to avoid traffic congestion, road closures, or

construction delays.

 Ensure strict compliance with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company

transportation policies.

 Promptly report any traffic violations, citations, or tickets received while

operating a company vehicle.

 Ensure company vehicles are parked only in authorized and legal parking areas

to prevent fines or towing.

 Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of company vehicles through

regular washing, cleaning, and housekeeping.

 Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic preventive maintenance checks,

including monitoring fuel, oil, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and other essential

components.

 Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance schedules as required.

 Keep accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel

consumption, travel logs, and trip schedules.

 Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, injuries, damages, or safety

concerns immediately to management.

 Ensure the security and confidentiality of company property, documents, and

passengers during transportation.

 Support other administrative or logistical duties as assigned by management.
