Company Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Driving: Operate the company vehicles safely and strictly follow all traffic rules and regulations.
• Loading and Unloading: Arrange items efficiently inside the van and unload them carefully at delivery points.
• Route Planning: Use GPS navigation apps (Waze/Google Maps) to find the fastest and safest routes to avoid delays.
• Delivery Documentation: Verify delivery receipts and ensure order quantities match invoice sheets.
• Vehicle Upkeep: Perform daily pre-trip inspections (oil, water, tires, brakes) and keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Remittance: Securely turn over any collected cash to the admin/accounting department at the end of the day.

Qualifications

• License: Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with the appropriate restriction code for light commercial vehicles (RC 2 or B/B1/B2).
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of continuous experience driving an L300, closed van, motorcycle or similar delivery vehicle.
• Familiarity: Strong knowledge of roads and alternate routes.
• Physical Stamina: Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving boxes.
• Traits: Honest, punctual, courteous, and can work with minimal supervision.
• Documentation: Clean driving record and updated NBI or Police Clearance.
