Schedules

Part Time AM: 5:30AM-9AM

Part Time PM: 2:30PM-5PM

*Full Time AM/PM: 5:30AM - 9AM & 2:30-5PM (*Full Time employees get to take the company car home)

Duties

• Safely operate passenger vans on designated local routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety standards are met, including checking brakes, lights, tires, etc
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance needs in compliance with company policies and state transportation regulations.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during all driving activities.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as refueling vehicles or reporting mechanical issues to ensure optimal vehicle performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, van driver, or chauffeur with a strong focus on passenger safety and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with no traffic infractions in the last 5 years
• Knowledge of GPS navigation tools and local driving routes within Wake County or surrounding areas.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including assisting passengers with mobility aid when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients professionally while maintaining clear client communication throughout trips.
• Strong attention to detail for vehicle inspections, route adherence, and safety compliance.
