What they need
- At least High School Graduate; college level is an advantage
- With a valid Professional Driver’s License
- With at least 1–2 years of driving experience, preferably in van selling, field sales, or distribution
- Knowledgeable in Davao City and nearby areas/routes
- Good communication, customer service, and selling skills
- Physically fit and willing to perform fieldwork
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle cash and inventory properly
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including out-of-town assignments
- With good driving record and strong sense of road safety
- Experience in lubricants, automotive products is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned within the Davao Area, with travel assignments across Mindanao
