Company Driver

Consolidated Paper Products, Inc. is seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Company Driver to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Company Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation for company personnel between designated residences, offices, and other company-related destinations.

The position will generally report in Ortigas, Pasig City at the start of the shift and travel to company locations in Valenzuela City and Quezon Avenue, with the regular route ending back in Pasig. Due to the nature of the role, applicants residing in or near Pasig City are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally transport authorized company personnel to and from designated locations.
• Report to the designated starting location in Ortigas, Pasig City on time and according to the assigned schedule.
• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly while observing all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Follow assigned routes while using sound judgment to avoid heavy traffic and unnecessary delays.
• Monitor traffic and road conditions and adjust routes when necessary to ensure timely arrival.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability throughout the assigned daily schedule.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, orderly, and in good operating condition.
• Immediately report any vehicle damage, mechanical problems, or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, vehicle use, and assigned trips.
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and security of passengers at all times.
• Exercise professionalism, courtesy, discretion, and respect when dealing with company personnel and other individuals.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and matters encountered during the performance of duties.
• Use navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze effectively.
• Communicate promptly with management regarding traffic delays, schedule changes, vehicle concerns, or other issues.
• Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable traffic regulations.
• Perform other reasonable driving-related duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License appropriate for the company vehicle.
• Previous experience as a Company Driver, Executive Driver, Family Driver, or similar position is preferred.
• Applicants residing in or near Pasig City are strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Pasig, Quezon Avenue, Valenzuela, and major Metro Manila routes.
• Familiarity with traffic conditions and alternative routes in Metro Manila.
• Clean and responsible driving record.
• Strong knowledge of defensive driving and passenger safety.
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned schedules.
• Proficient in using Waze, Google Maps, and mobile communication applications.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is an advantage.

• Have extensive experience driving in Metro Manila.

• Have experience handling daily scheduled transportation assignments.
• Take pride in keeping company vehicles clean, safe, and well-maintained.
