Company Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely transport senior management and any other employees as assigned to and from office, meetings, events, and other official engagements.
• Plan effective routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
• Coordinate with the secretary for drive scheduling.
• Assist with luggage, documents, or other items as needed.
• Operate and maintain vehicle in order to ensure that the vehicle is constantly in good condition and meet all safety requirements.
• Ensure the vehicle is regularly serviced and in excellent working condition.
• Upkeep the cleanliness of the vehicle, both interior and exterior.
• Ensure the vehicle’s insurance and road tax is updated accordingly.
• Follow and comply with traffic laws and regulations.
• Operate vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
• Be on standby and perform overtime as and when required especially after working hours.
• Perform outstation travel (out of Klang Valley) as and when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM holder.
• At least 3 years of experience as driver, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Valid professional driver’s license with no major traffic violations/ offences.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and route planning.
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and reliability.
