Provide safe, punctual, and professional driving services for the Management. Transport assigned passengers to meetings, business appointments, airport, residences, company premises, and other destinations as instructed.
Key responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and professional driving services for the Management
- Transport assigned passengers to meetings, business appointments, airport, residences, company premises, and other destinations as instructed
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, fuelled, and in good working condition
- Monitor servicing, road tax, insurance, inspection, and other vehicle-related matters where applicable
- Perform administrative and dispatch duties arranged by the HR Department, including delivery and collection of documents, letters, parcels, company items, and materials to/from customers, suppliers, government offices, banks, courier services, and other locations
- Perform ad-hock tasks as requested
Job Requirements
- Must have valid driving license without criminal record
- Must have pleasant personality and good time management
