What they need
About the role
We need a reliable Company Driver to manage daily transport needs. You will drive company vehicles, run office errands, and ensure passengers or items arrive safely and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Drive company staff, VIPs, or clients to meetings and events
- Deliver documents, packages, or office supplies to assigned locations
- Obey all local traffic laws, road signs, and speed limits
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation to avoid heavy traffic and delays for line up schedule/appointments
- Keep the company vehicle clean, washed, and fueled
- Check oil, tires, and water levels regularly
- Report mechanical issues or damage to management
- Maintain up-to-date travel logs, trip tickets, fuel receipts, and delivery signatures
- Report any traffic violations or accidents immediately
- Treat passengers and clients with professional courtesy and respect
