Company Driver

About the role

The Driver / Messenger is responsible for safely transporting members of Management, documents, and materials, while also performing official messengerial tasks such as delivery, collection, and processing of company documents.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport management, employees, clients, and visitors as required
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules
• Follow all traffic laws and road safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of assigned vehicle
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents immediately
• Assist in basic administrative errands as assigned
• Assist in filing, routing, and monitoring of documents when required
• Ensure proper acknowledgment receipts and documentation of all transactions

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate
• Knows to drive manual and automatic vehicles
• With valid Professional Driver's License (B, B1)
• Preferably with 2–3 years of relevant experience as a company, service, or professional driver.
• Knowledgeable in basic vehicle inspection and preventive maintenance, such as checking engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, battery, and other basic vehicle conditions.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or on-call, when required
