Company Driver

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Driving & Transportation

• Plan routes in advance to avoid traffic delays; use navigation tools effectively.
• Follow all traffic rules, road regulations, and driving standards at all times.
• Run official errands: pick up/drop off documents, mail, supplies, or packages as instructed.

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Care

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections: check fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes, lights, wipers, and fluid levels.
• Keep vehicles clean inside and out—interior sanitized, trash removed, exterior washed regularly.
• Report mechanical problems, damage, or needed repairs immediately to the Admin/Supervisor.
• Schedule and accompany vehicles to servicing, registration renewal, and insurance updates.
• Maintain vehicle logbooks: record mileage, fuel consumption, trips, repairs, and service history.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Possess and keep valid professional driver’s license and required government clearances.
• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.
• Never drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or when fatigued.
• Ensure all vehicle documents (OR/CR, insurance, permits) are complete, valid, and carried in the vehicle.
• Act responsibly in case of accidents or breakdowns: follow reporting protocols and coordinate assistance.

4. General Duties

• Maintain punctuality—arrive at pickup points ahead of scheduled time.
• Demonstrate courtesy, professionalism, and proper grooming at all times.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education graduate.
• License: Valid Professional Driver’s License (restriction codes as applicable).
• Knowledge:
• Familiar with local roads, routes, and traffic regulations in [Metro Manila / surrounding areas].
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent driving record—no major accidents or serious traffic violations.
• Punctual, reliable, honest, and discreet.
• Can work well with minimal supervision.

Pay: Php800.00 - Php805.00 per day
