About the role

Imprint Customs is seeking a reliable and professional Company Driver to join our team in Antipolo City, Rizal. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our daily operations within the couriers, drivers and postal services sector. As a Company Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting company personnel, clients, and goods to various destinations whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and punctuality. This role is integral to ensuring our business operations run smoothly and our clients receive exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company driving policies
• Transport company personnel, clients, and goods to designated locations on time and in a professional manner
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior, ensuring a professional appearance at all times
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, including fuel, oil, tyre pressure, and brake conditions
• Report any vehicle defects or mechanical issues promptly to management
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and journey logs
• Navigate routes efficiently to optimise fuel consumption and meet delivery schedules
• Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers and clients
• Ensure compliance with company health and safety protocols whilst driving
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required

What we're looking for

• Valid Professional Driver's Licence (PDL) with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2-3 years' professional driving experience
• Excellent knowledge of Antipolo City, Rizal and surrounding areas, with strong navigation skills
• Exceptional driving safety record and commitment to adhering to traffic regulations
• Strong time management and organisational skills to meet schedules and deadlines
• Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with passengers and clients
• Ability to maintain vehicles in good condition and perform basic maintenance checks
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings and evenings when required
• Physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading goods when necessary
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
• Knowledge of defensive driving techniques is highly advantageous
