Company Driver

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide safe, punctual, courteous, and professional transportation for senior executives, employees, visitors, and guests to and from offices, residences, meetings, events, business engagements, and other designated locations.
2. Drive Company vehicles for official business purposes and provide logistical support, including airport transfers, site visits, banking transactions, government office visits, document deliveries, collections, pickups, and other official errands.
3. Ensure Company vehicles are clean, secure, roadworthy, and maintained in good operating condition at all times.
4. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any defects, damage, accidents, breakdowns, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns.
5. Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, road tax and insurance renewals, and other vehicle-related maintenance requirements as instructed.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, servicing, repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
7. Comply with all applicable traffic laws, road safety regulations, Company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
8. Safeguard Company vehicles, keys, fuel cards, documents, equipment, and other Company property entrusted to the Driver.
9. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding information, documents, activities, and matters encountered during the course of employment.
10. Provide administrative, operational, and general support to the HR & Administration Department and Management as required.
11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
