Job Summary

Natyam Arts Center is looking for a responsible, reliable, punctual, and professional Driver to support the transportation and daily operational requirements of the Arts Center.

The driver will be responsible for safely transporting students, staff, and authorized persons, maintaining the company vehicle in excellent condition, and assisting with office and other company-related duties when required.

Working Schedule

• Working hours will be based on the Natyam Arts Center's daily operational and transportation schedule, from morning to night as required.
• Tuesday to Friday: Work will mainly be during the evening and night, depending on student transportation and Center activities.
• Saturday and Sunday: Work will generally be from morning to evening, according to the Center's schedule.
• Monday: Weekly off.
• Additional working hours may be required for events, performances, workshops, rehearsals, competitions, or special programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport students, staff, instructors, and authorized persons as assigned.
• Ensure students are picked up and dropped off safely and on time.
• Follow assigned transportation routes and schedules.
• Drive responsibly and comply with all UAE traffic rules and regulations.
• Maintain the vehicle clean, neat, hygienic, and in good condition at all times, both inside and outside.
• Check the vehicle regularly for fuel, tyres, lights, air conditioning, brakes, and other basic requirements.
• Immediately report any vehicle damage, mechanical problems, maintenance requirements, or accidents to management.
• Ensure the vehicle is always ready for daily operations.
• Assist with transportation requirements for Natyam Arts Center classes, rehearsals, events, performances, workshops, and other programs.
• Assist with office-related and company-related work when required, including document collection/drop-off, purchasing, deliveries, errands, and other reasonable duties assigned by management.
• Maintain a professional, polite, and respectful attitude when dealing with students, parents, staff, and management.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding students, parents, staff, and company matters.
• Follow all reasonable instructions given by management.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid UAE Dubai Driving Licence appropriate for the vehicle assigned.
• Valid passport with at least 6 months' validity.
• Previous driving experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Experience driving a 14–18 seater van/minibus will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations.
• Experience transporting children/students is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Malayalam/Hindi/Tamil language skills will be an advantage.
• Clean and responsible driving record.
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, patient, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Must be flexible with working hours according to the Center's schedule.
• Willingness to assist with transportation, office errands, and other reasonable company duties when required.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
