About the role

INGCOPH Traders Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional Company Driver. This is a full-time position based in South Caloocan, Metro Manila. As a Company Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of company personnel, goods, and materials whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle maintenance. This role is essential to ensuring our operations run smoothly and our clients receive dependable service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Transport company personnel, cargo, and materials to designated destinations on schedule
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, including fuel, oil, tyres, lights and brakes
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage and delivery logs
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned vehicles both inside and out
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to management
• Follow company policies and safety protocols at all times
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route updates and delivery status
• Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper securing and protection of goods
• Maintain professional conduct and courteous behaviour towards passengers and colleagues

What we're looking for

• Valid professional driver's license (PH Class 2 or equivalent) with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a professional driver in a logistics or transportation environment
• Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic conditions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to traffic regulations
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging traffic situations
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Physical fitness to safely operate vehicles and handle cargo loading when required
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
