Company Driver

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver who will provide safe and efficient transportation while assisting with company errands, document processing, and coordination with government offices, suppliers, banks, and other external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company personnel to meetings, appointments, and business-related activities.
• Safely transport and deliver documents, supplies, and other company items.
• Process and follow up documents with government offices, banks, suppliers, and other external parties.
• Assist in securing permits, clearances, registrations, and other company requirements.
• Handle company errands and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ensure the proper maintenance, cleanliness, and availability of the assigned vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, and related expenses.
• Coordinate with HR, Admin, Finance, and other departments for assigned tasks.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate; vocational or college education is an advantage.
• With a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• With at least 1–2 years of experience as a Driver, Liaison Officer, or similar role.
• Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby areas.
• Knowledgeable in basic document processing and government transactions.
• Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and professional.
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday and render overtime when necessary.
• Willing to perform both driving and field/liaison duties.

Pay: Php19,692.92 per month
