Company Driver

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport company executives, employees, clients, and authorized guests to designated destinations.
• Pick up and deliver documents, packages, supplies, and other company-related items as instructed.
• Ensure the timely arrival of passengers and delivery of items according to the assigned schedule.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned company vehicle.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and check fuel, oil, coolant, tires, brakes, lights, and other essential components before use.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and promptly report mechanical problems, damage, or repair requirements to the immediate supervisor.
• Observe traffic rules and regulations and practice defensive driving at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, toll fees, parking fees, and other vehicle-related expenses.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of company documents, equipment, and personal information entrusted during transportation.
• Assist in loading and unloading company supplies and other materials when necessary.
• Ensure that the vehicle's registration, insurance, and other required documents are valid and updated.
• Perform errands and other transportation-related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Report accidents, traffic violations, delays, and other incidents involving the assigned vehicle immediately.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or college level, preferably with relevant work experience.
• Must possess a valid professional driver's license
• With previous work experience, preferably as a company or executive driver.
• Knowledgeable in traffic rules, road safety regulations, and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Familiar with local roads, routes, and navigation applications.
• Willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work in Pasay City (near NAIA)

Pay: Php755.00 per day
