Company Driver

JOB SUMMARY:

The Company Driver is responsible for transporting staff, goods, and materials safely and efficiently to

various destinations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, and knowledge of driving regulations and vehicle maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely transport company personnel, clients, and materials to designated locations.
• Transport of various products/materials to specified location in a timely manner.
• Deliver/pick up goods if there is a need from Admin or other departments.
• Does regular cleaning and check-ups and monitor general maintenance of assigned company vehicle.
• Conduct a random checklist of all the company vehicles assigned to other department/personnel as instructed by head.
• Assist in promo warehouse activity and in the preparation of promo materials/goods
• Ensure that assigned vehicles are properly parked in their designated area when not in use.
• Assists and drives personnel assigned to derby activities in different areas.
• Pick-up/ dispatch fighting rooster via air cargo.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedules or requests.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior.
• Ensure proper vehicle documentation is up to date (e.g., insurance, registration).
• Always comply with traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain a logbook of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
• Support the administrative with other tasks as needed.
