Company Driver

Job Purpose: Responsible for the safe operation of company-owned vehicles and the timely transport, pickup,

and delivery of items while complying with company safety rules, procedures, and service standards

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform complete pre trip inspection including but not limited to checking tire pressure, fluid level, safety

equipment, gauges and control.

2. Send and pick up items from designated facilities for immediate delivery.

3. Make deliveries in an expedited on manner to specific officers or person as assigned.

4. Obtain appropriated signature on receipt for pick up or delivery.

5. Courteously interact with clients, dispatchers and supervisors.

6. Complete maintenance report on log book and other required forms.

7. Operate company owned vehicle, ensure safe performance, proper maintenance and clean appearance.

8. Maintain in contact with Logistic Manager as required.

9. Immediately report any property damage, work related injuries or vehiclur accident and complete all

necessary paperwork.

10. Comply with company’s safety rules and regulations, operating procedures and standard od conduct.

11. Contribute to company’s service level commitment to achieve an/or exceed client’s performance

expectation.

12. Perform other job related as assigned.

13. Others as designated by the Logistics Officer/ Manager.

Education At least High School Graduate or equivalent

Work Experience At least 2-3 years of relevant driving or delivery work experience

Technical Competencies · Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection and maintenance · Ability to operate company-owned vehicles safely

Behavioral/Soft Competencies · Courteous and professional in dealing with clients and supervisors · Responsible and safety-conscious · Reliable and punctual

Others / Special Requirements · Valid Driver’s License · Willing to follow company rules, safety standards, and assigned schedules
