Company Driver

• Safe Transportation: Transport staff, management, clients, or materials to designated locations on time.
• Errand & Document Delivery: Pick up and drop off official documents, office supplies, packages, or inventory items.
• Vehicle Inspection: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip checks (tires, brakes, oil, fuel levels, lights).
• Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean, monitor regular servicing, and report mechanical issues to the admin or fleet team.
• Route Planning: Use GPS navigation apps or local street knowledge to choose the fastest and safest routes while avoiding traffic jams.
• Administrative Logging: Maintain accurate logs for mileage, fuel consumption, trip tickets, and toll receipts.
• Professional Conduct: Practice defensive driving, observe road etiquette, and maintain passenger or company confidentiality
