About the role

Daily Supermarket, Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional Company Driver to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As Company Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting company personnel, goods, and materials to various locations whilst maintaining the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and customer service. This role is essential to our operations, ensuring timely deliveries and the safe movement of our resources across the Metro Manila area.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Transport company personnel, products, and materials to designated locations in a timely and professional manner
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, including fuel, oil, water, and tyre conditions
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or mechanical issues to management immediately
• Maintain a clean and organised vehicle interior and exterior at all times
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery logs
• Ensure all cargo is properly secured and handled during transportation
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding delivery schedules and route changes
• Comply with all company policies and procedures related to vehicle operation and safety
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required

What we're looking for

• Valid Professional Driver's License (PDL) with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional driving experience
• Strong knowledge of Metro Manila roads and traffic patterns
• Excellent vehicle operation skills and demonstrated safe driving practices
• Physical fitness to perform loading, unloading, and other manual tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Preferably experienced with delivery or logistics operations
• Valid NBI Clearance and Medical Certificate
