Company Formations Manager

Join Carey Olsen’s growing Corporate Services business in Guernsey and take ownership of a specialist formations service, working closely with clients and fee earners across companies, partnerships, LLPs and foundations.

We’re looking for an experienced Company Formations Manager to join the team on an initial 9–12 month fixed-term contract. The appointment comes during a period of increasing work volumes and planned team growth, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent if growth continues as anticipated.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Manage company formations and incorporations from instruction through to completion, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Review and approve client due diligence, including relevant PEP and sanctions checks.
• Prepare incorporation documentation and coordinate submissions to the GFSC and Guernsey Registry.
• Deliver company searches and clear reports for fee earners.
• Develop and improve end-to-end formations and company administration procedures.

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience in company formations, corporate administration, corporate governance or related regulatory processes.
• A background in company administration or compliance; law firm experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong transferable administration skills, whether degree-educated or not.
• A full, clean driving licence and ability to drive company vehicles.
