Company Nurse (Admin)

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees as needed.
• Monitor and record employees’ health conditions and work-related incidents.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee medical and health records.
• Coordinate with the company’s HMO provider and assist in processing medical claims.
• Conduct health assessments, wellness programs, and health seminars.
• Assist in implementing workplace health and safety policies with the Safety Officer.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DOH, and other applicable government health regulations.
• Support HR in managing sickness notifications, fit-to-work clearances, and health certifications.
• Provide health-related assistance and guidance to employees.
• Perform other health and medical-related tasks as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines with an active PRC license.
• 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential medical records.
• Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and occupational health practices is an advantage.
