We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Health Nurse to join our team and support the health and wellness of our employees.

This role goes beyond basic clinic duties—you’ll play a key part in employee healthcare, workplace safety, compliance with DOLE OSH standards, and overall wellness programs. What You’ll Do

Employee Healthcare & Clinic Management

• Provide first aid, basic life support, and medical assistance when needed
• Conduct health assessments, monitoring, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate clinic records and health trackers
• Manage fit-to-work clearances and health-related absenteeism monitoring

Health Monitoring & Compliance

• Maintain EC logbook for work-related incidents and injuries
• Support compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements
• Prepare and submit health and safety reports

Workplace Safety & Risk Prevention

• Help evaluate workplace hazards and recommend safety improvements
• Ensure medical supplies, equipment, and PPE are available and in good condition
• Assist in implementing emergency response procedures and protocols

Health Promotion & Employee Engagement

• Provide health education, counseling, and wellness initiatives

• Support programs such as:

  • Mental health awareness
  • Disease prevention (e.g., cancer awareness)

• Conduct or assist in OSH and family welfare trainings

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license

• At least 2–3 years experience as a Company/Occupational Health Nurse

• With BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety & Health) Certification

• Certified in:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • First Aid & CPR
  • (Advanced Life Support / Red Cross certification is a plus)

• Knowledge of DOLE OSH regulations and compliance requirements
