Company Nurse

Vismay International Corporation is looking for a qualified and dedicated Company Nurse to provide occupational health services, first aid, emergency response, and employee wellness support.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic nursing care to employees.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies and perform BLS/CPR when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records.
• Monitor and document workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical incidents.
• Coordinate employee medical examinations and healthcare referrals.
• Maintain first-aid kits, medical supplies, and emergency equipment.
• Assist in implementing workplace health, wellness, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs.
• Coordinate with HR, the Safety Officer, Company Physician, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC License
• BLS/CPR Certification – Required
• Standard First Aid and BOSH/OSH Training is an advantage
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience
• Occupational Health or Company Nurse experience is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on-site in Taguig City
