Company Nurse

• Participates in the development and implementation of health and safety programs.
• Conducts an efficient health assessment, as consulted, and in medical emergencies.
• Administers first-aid and/or emergency treatment for illness or injuries in the workplace.
• Accompanies a sick employee to the hospital as needed.
• Administers regular medications to employees, as needed.
• Maintains clean, and comfortable first-aid center.
• Ensure availability of medicines, and first aid supplies, and reliable medical equipment.
• Conducts home visit for sick employees, as needed.
• Records all employees’ injuries and illnesses and keeps confidentiality of these information.
• Coordinates the conduct of regular health screening such as APE and DT.
• Facilitates or conducts seminars or workshops on certain health topics and issues.
• Performs other related tasks as directed by the immediate superior.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a registered Nurse.
• Preferably a certified Occupational Health and Safety Nurse.
• Preferably with a valid First Aid and Basic Life Support certification.
• Has at 2 to 3 years' experience as a company or clinic or hospital nurse.
• Has knowledge and skills in emergency healthcare-related issues in the workplace.
• Possesses and effective communication and organizational skills, and warm and caring disposition.
• Ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, running/moving swiftly, and travelling.Tr
