Occupational Health Nurse
Location: Capiz, Western Visayas (Site-Based)
Qualifications:
* License: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
* OSH Training: Completed 40-hour BOSH for Occupational Health Nurses (DOLE-accredited). COSH training is highly preferred.
* Certifications: Active Standard First Aid and BLS / CPR certifications.
* Experience: 1–2 years of nursing experience; background in construction, power plants, or substations is a major advantage.
* Location: Willing to work on-site in Capiz.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide immediate emergency response for site injuries (e.g., electrical shocks, falls, burns).
* Conduct daily "Fit-to-Work" checks and worker health monitoring.
* Maintain clinic logs, manage inventory, and prepare mandatory DOLE reports.
* Collaborate with the site safety team to mitigate occupational health hazards.
