Company Nurse (Night Shift)

Company: HDEC DONGAH JOINT VENTURE Project: South Commuter Railway Project (SCRP) S-04, 05, 06 Position: Night Shift Nurse

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Night Shift Nurse to provide medical assistance, monitor employees' health conditions, and ensure the proper delivery of healthcare services during night operations at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid to employees during the night shift.
• Assess, monitor, and document employees' health conditions, injuries, and illnesses.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with hospitals or emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct initial medical assessments and determine whether further medical attention is required.
• Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and patient treatment documentation.
• Monitor and manage medical supplies, medicines, and clinic equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance of the site clinic.
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Coordinate with the HSE Department regarding workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical concerns.
• Ensure proper endorsement and turnover of medical cases to the incoming nurse or medical personnel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• Experience in occupational health, emergency care, or company clinic operations is an advantage.
• Experience working in a construction, infrastructure, or railway project is highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in first aid, basic life support (BLS), and emergency response.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule and can start immediately.
• Physically fit and capable of handling medical emergencies.
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned to the project site.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
