Company Nurse/HR Staff

• Provide basic healthcare needs of employees, include also administering first aid.
• Administer prescribed medication and treatment, daily monitoring of employees with health concerns.
• Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality of employee health information
• Responsible in coordinating company's health care provider, set-up APE for all employees administer emergency treatment in the workforce.
• Provide healthcare awareness, seminars and orientation to all employees.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs, healthy eating and wellness programs. Coordinates with safety officer.
• Document employees health condition, injury illness and keep this information confidential.
• Monitoring of Canteen facility, requirements and Personnel, Cleanliness, Healthy Menu etc.
• Assist and attend concern of the company physician.
• Prepare health-related reports and documentation for management and regulatory compliance
• Monitors workplace activities to ensure that workers comply with company policies and government safety regulations.
• Monitoring of area for assessing hazardous and unsafe situation to assure safety of personnel.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• With BOSH/OHNAP training is advantage
• With experience as Company Nurse
• Knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and workplace health standards
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
