Company Private Driver (Van) / 公司私人司机（客车）

About Us:

SuperSic Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a pioneer in the advanced semiconductor industry specializing in Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology. As we expand our facility operations in Penang, we are seeking a reliable, punctual and responsible Company Private Driver (Passenger Van) to manage daily employee transit logistics securely.

Key Responsibilities (工作职责):

• Transport company employees safely and punctually between designated pick-up points and the factory site for daily shifts.
  安全、准时地在指定的接送点与工厂厂区之间接送员工上下班。
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections (checking engine oil, water coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights) and ensure the van is sent for scheduled maintenance.
  进行每日出车前检查（检查机油、水箱水、胎压、刹车和车灯），并确保面包车按时送往定期保养。
• Clean and wash the vehicle regularly, ensuring both the interior and exterior of the van meet strict cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  定期清洗和打扫车辆，确保面包车的内部和外观符合整洁与卫生的标准。
• Plan and optimize driving routes using GPS applications (Waze/Google Maps) to avoid heavy traffic and guarantee on-time arrivals.
  使用 GPS 导航软件（Waze/Google Maps）合理规划并优化行驶路线，避开严重拥堵路段，确保准时送达。
• Maintain an accurate daily mileage logbook, record trip details and manage fuel receipts transparently.
  准确记录每日行驶里程日志、登记出车明细，并透明化管理加油收据。

Job Requirements (职位要求):

• Must possess a valid competent driving license with a valid GDL License.
  必须持有有效的驾驶执照，并必须持有合法的 GDL 货车/客车执照。
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience as a company driver, factory bus driver, school van driver, or personal chauffeur.
  至少拥有 2 至 3 年担任公司司机、厂车司机、校车司机或私人司机的专业驾驶经验。
• Fully willing to commit to a 6-day work week and 12-hour daily shifts, with flexibility to support overtime (OT) requirements.
  完全愿意且体能适应每周工作6天、每天工作12小时的排班安排，并能灵活配合加班（OT）要求。
• Absolute clean driving record with no major traffic violations, zero criminal records and pass mandatory medical checkups (free from substance abuse).
  拥有绝对良好的驾驶记录，无重大交通违章，无任何犯罪记录，且必须通过常规体检（无药物/酒精滥用）。
• Familiar with Penang routes and highly proficient in utilizing smartphone navigation tools like Waze and Google Maps.
  熟悉槟城的道路网络，熟练使用手机导航工具（如 Waze 和 Google Maps）。
• Basic communication skills in English to interact with diverse employee teams.
  具备基础的英语沟通能力，以便与不同的员工团队交流。
