The Role

We're looking for a Company Rider to support the reliable movement of dental cases, documents, supplies, and other operational requirements for our Alabang clinic and dental laboratory. You'll play an important role in keeping clinic and laboratory operations moving on schedule, particularly where patient cases depend on timely and secure pickups and deliveries.

What You'll Do

• Complete scheduled and on-demand pickups and deliveries between One Nadela Dental Group clinics, dental laboratories, suppliers, partner locations, and other authorized destinations.

• Safely transport dental cases, impressions, appliances, documents, supplies, and other company items.

• Prioritize time-sensitive deliveries based on clinic and laboratory requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, recipients, and completed assignments.

• Coordinate proactively with clinic and laboratory teams regarding delivery status, delays, or issues affecting turnaround time.

• Handle dental cases, confidential documents, and company property with appropriate care and discretion.

• Support authorized purchasing, collection, and other external errands required by clinic operations.

• Maintain your motorcycle and company-issued equipment in safe, clean, and serviceable condition.

• Follow applicable road-safety regulations and One Nadela Dental Group policies while performing company duties.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a company rider, delivery rider, messenger, courier, or similar role is preferred.

• Owns and can use a roadworthy motorcycle for authorized company duties.

• Valid Philippine driver's license appropriate for motorcycle operation.

• Current motorcycle registration and legally required documentation.

• Familiarity with Metro Manila roads, navigation applications, and efficient route planning.

• Strong reliability, punctuality, and time management.

• Ability to safely handle fragile and time-sensitive items.

• Comfortable using smartphones and messaging applications for dispatch coordination and documentation.

• Professional and courteous when dealing with clinic staff, patients, suppliers, laboratories, and external partners.

• Available to work onsite/mobile 6 days per week.
