Company Secretarial Assistant (Internship)

Responsibilities 工作職責
1.Assist in the daily company secretarial work for Hong Kong, offshore, and PRC entities, including basic record-keeping and document management.協助處理香港、離岸及中國內地公司每日的公司秘書工作，包括基本記錄及文件管理。
2.Support the preparation of board and committee papers, meeting minutes, resolutions, and simple sections of interim and annual reports, circulars, and announcements.協助準備董事會及委員會文件、會議記錄、決議案，以及中期/年報、通告及公告等相關文件中較簡單部分。
3.Maintain and update the filing system and databases for statutory records, registers, and corporate documents to ensure proper filing and easy retrieval.負責維護及更新法定記錄、登記冊及公司文件之檔案系統與資料庫，確保文件妥善歸檔及便於查閱。4.Provide general clerical and administrative support to the company secretarial team and assist with other ad hoc assignments as required.為公司秘書團隊提供一般文書及行政支援，並協助處理臨時指派的工作。
Requirements 職位要求
1.University students majoring in Corporate Governance, Company Secretarial Studies, Law, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.大學在讀學生，主修企業管治、公司秘書學、法律、商業、會計、金融或相關學科。
2.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.具良好的中英文書寫及溝通能力，懂普通話者更佳。
3.Proficient in office AI applications and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Chinese word processing ability preferred.熟悉辦公室AI應用及Microsoft Word、Excel與PowerPoint操作，具中文輸入能力者優先。
