Company Secretarial

• To perform full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial function for the Group in relation to compliance with the statutory regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare/review circular resolutions.
• Monitor and ensure timely submission of statutory forms and documents to regulators, such as Companies Commission of Malaysia and other regulatory bodies.
• Ensure that statutory records and registers are promptly and accurately updated.
• Monitor compliance issues related to the Companies Act 2016 and all other rules and regulations.
• Organizing, compiling meeting papers and attending the meetings.
• Perform other secretarial functions as directed by the superior.

Requirements

• CGI (ICSA)/ Degree/ Diploma qualification (with or without license).
• At least 5 years relevant working experience of corporate secretarial practice.
• Well-versed with the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulatory acts, laws and guidelines.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate and internet savvy
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency and with enthusiastic personality and in a fast-paced environment.
• Posses a good communication, analytical, interpersonal & team working skills.
