Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Personnel, Compensation & Benefit, or HR Operations.
• Good understanding of HR administration, employee data, payroll, BPJS, and employment regulations.
• Familiar with attendance, leave, overtime, employee benefits, and HR documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

• Manage personnel administration and employee data accurately and up to date.
• Handle attendance, leave, overtime, payroll data, and employee benefits.
• Manage BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan administration.
• Support the administration of compensation, incentives, and employee benefits.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze personnel & C&B data.
• Ensure HR administration complies with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with employees and relevant departments regarding HR administration and benefits.
• Maintain proper and confidential employee records and documentation.
• Support all HR operations, but not limited to compensation and benefits.
