Compensation & Benefit Specialist

About the role

In this Compensation & Benefit Specialist role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our employee compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's overall talent strategy.

What you'll be doing

1. Process monthly payroll and work with Finance Department for salary disbursement.
2. Designing, implementing, and administering competitive compensation structures, including base pay, incentives, and equity programmes
3. Managing the company's benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
5. Collaborating with other HR team members to support talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
6. Providing guidance and training to managers on compensation and benefits policies and processes
7. Maintaining accurate records and generating reports to track programme effectiveness and costs

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, compensation and benefits role, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation
2. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, trends, and legislation
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
4. Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7. IHRM certification or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
