Compensation and Benefit

• Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent
• Manage and refine the compensation and benefits system, which includes performance management, salary structure development, and employee benefits and welfare.
• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure the company's compensation and benefits programs are competitive and attractive to employees.
• Develop, recommend, implement and administer compensation and benefits systems and programs which support pay for performance and meet other defined objectives.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Manage the company's HRIS system to ensure accurate and timely data management and reporting.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and employee relations initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field (Master's Degree would considered to be an advantage)
• At least 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a compensation & benefits
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies
• Knowledge of HR technology and systems
• Excellent leadership, coaching skills, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and excellent Thai proficiency
• Good judgment, well organized, systematic and communications skills
• Able to work with deadline & under time pressure.
