Compensation & Benefit Specialist

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the People & Culture team of an international organization.

What You’ll Do

• Support compensation and variable pay processes, including calculation and data validation, while ensuring effective coordination with payroll operations
• Analyze compensation and benefits data and prepare relevant reports
• Monitor market trends and benchmark data to support total rewards practices
• Support the development and tracking of HR metrics and prepare analyses for management
• Prepare monthly, annual and ad hoc HR reports
• Contribute to the preparation of annual personnel budgets and monitor actual costs against budget
• Work closely with People & Culture Business Partners and Regional People & Culture Managers
• Support HR digitalization initiatives and HRIS projects, including data validation and reporting activities

What You’ll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Engineering or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, HR reporting or a related analytical HR role
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate findings into clear insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a good command of other MS Office applications
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to working with data
