Job Description

The Rigging Corporation is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Assistant to support the HR team in administering employee compensation, benefits, payroll-related processes, and employee records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll and employee compensation.
• Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records.
• Assist in the administration of government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Process employee benefits enrollment, claims, and updates.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and overtime records.
• Prepare HR reports and compensation-related documents.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, deductions, and other compensation concerns.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR is preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Willing to work on-site and support HR operations as needed.
