What they need
QUALIFICATIONS:
►Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or equivalent
►With at least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
►Submit a report of new and separated employees to Government Agencies in a timely manner
►Prepares payment requests for SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PHILHEALTH to be submitted to the accounting department.
►Upload and monitor all Leave Credits in System
►Provide Assistance to employees
►Enrollment, Transfer and Updating of employee’s BIR Status
►Inputs names and attendance at Incentive Commission System of qualified Promodisers.
►Prepare and update compensation benchmarking of all positions
►Input deductions / pay item in the HCMS
►Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.
