STLAF - Sadsad Tamesis Legal and Accountancy Firm is looking for Compensation and Benefits

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Compensation and Benefits (C&B) activities.
• Coordinate and assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
• Ensure accurate computation and processing of salaries, deductions, overtime, allowances, incentives, and other employee compensation.
• Monitor and process government-mandated contributions and employee benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Handle employee benefits administration, including leaves, loans, and other company-provided benefits.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee compensation and benefits records.
• Reconcile payroll, deductions, government contributions, and other C&B-related records.
• Prepare payroll and compensation reports for management.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, benefits, government contributions, and other compensation-related concerns.
• Coordinate with accounting and other departments regarding payroll and employee compensation matters.
• Ensure timely submission and payment of government-mandated contributions and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll and employee compensation information.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with applicable Philippine labor laws and government regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary payroll and C&B documentation.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
